What we collect

You choose what to send us through the site:

• Quote requests: your name, practice or hospital, email, phone, part number and message.
• RMA requests: your contact details, return shipping address, and the equipment you are sending: model, serial number, notes, invoice details and any photos you attach.
• The discount list: your email address, if you sign up.
• Chat and WhatsApp: your name, email and the messages you send us.
• Email and phone: whatever you include when you write or call.

Like any website, our host receives basic technical data with each visit, such as your IP address and browser type. We run no advertising trackers and no analytics.

How we use it

• To answer your question, send a quote, process an order or handle a repair.
• To ship equipment to you and back.
• To email you about new stock, clearance units and discounts, if you joined the discount list. Every email has a way to leave the list.
• To keep business and tax records the law requires.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Who helps us handle it

A few service providers handle information for us, only to run the site and answer you:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the spam check on our forms (Turnstile).
• Postmark delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• HighLevel runs our chat widget and keeps the discount list and our customer contact records.
• WhatsApp carries your messages if you choose to reach us that way.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or with a shipping carrier to deliver your order.

Cookies

We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile uses what it needs to tell people from bots when you submit a form. If you open the chat widget, it stores a small amount of data in your browser so the conversation carries across pages.

How long we keep it

We keep quote, order and repair records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record keeping obligations. Leave the discount list at any time and we stop emailing you.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will do it unless the law requires us to keep a record, such as an invoice.

Children

This site is for businesses and medical professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
