Who we are

"We" means West Coast Medical Equipment Services, Inc., 10700 Jersey Blvd., Suite 270, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.

West Coast Medical Equipment Services is located in Rancho Cucamonga, California (USA).

We are in our twenty 22  Year of Business providing Equipment, Equipment Repairs, Accessories, and Equipment Problem Solutions.

Using this site

You may browse the site, request quotes, request RMA numbers and contact us. Do not copy the catalog in bulk, scrape it, or try to break into or overload the site. The text, photos and logo belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us.

Product names, model numbers and brand names belong to their manufacturers. We use them to identify the equipment. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers.

Quotes and prices

Items without a price on the site start with a quote from us. A quote depends on the equipment still being available when you accept it, and it does not include freight, taxes, duties or import charges unless it says so. A quote stays valid for 30 days.

Product listings

We write descriptions and take photos from our own records and do our best to keep them right. A listing does not mean the item is in stock. Stock and details can change, so confirm anything that matters to you before you buy. If the title says "new," the item is new. Everything else is used and refurbished.

Orders and payment

We ask for payment before we ship unless we have agreed other terms with you in writing. We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and bank wire. Items that show a price can be bought on the site with Buy now, by card on Authorize.net's secure payment page or with PayPal where that button shows. Everything else is sold by quote.

Shipping

All sales are FOB our facility. Freight is not included in our prices. For orders outside the United States and Canada, contact us for terms before you order. You pay any customs duties, fees, taxes and import charges. Details are on Shipping & Returns.

Returns

We accept no returns without our authorization first. Call or use the RMA form for an RMA number, and show it on or inside the box.

Warranties

• Refurbished equipment: six months. Battery and electric powered instruments: 90 days.
• New equipment: the manufacturer's warranty.
• Repairs: six months on pneumatic powered instruments, bur guards, hoses and attachments. 90 days on general equipment, rigid and flexible endoscopes, battery and electric powered instruments, and cables.

These apply unless a listing or quote states otherwise. A repair warranty covers only the specific repair we performed. Improper use, handling or shipping of equipment and instruments voids all warranties.

These are the only warranties we give. To the extent the law allows, we give no other warranties, written or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Clinical use

We sell and repair equipment. We do not give medical or clinical advice. You are responsible for making sure any equipment you buy from us suits your use, meets the rules that apply to your facility, and is operated and maintained by trained staff under the manufacturer's instructions.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product, repair or this site is limited to what you paid us for that product or repair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost use or cancelled procedures.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you accept a quote apply to that order.
